Late Shri. B. N. Rathi

Late Shri B.N. Rathi founded BNR Group of Companies namely BNR Udyog Limited, B.N. Rathi Securities Limited and BNR Capital Services Private Limited.

Our respected Chairman was an exceptional human being and an outstanding leader. His life was a remarkable blend of wisdom, humility, and service. He was associated with numerous social organizations and served on the boards of many listed companies, leaving a legacy of integrity and foresight wherever he went.

Deeply respected by all who knew him, Shri Rathi was a man of immense patience and calm demeanor. He spoke less and listened more—a rare and admirable quality in today’s world. His ability to truly hear others, combined with his thoughtful silence, made his words carry immense weight when he chose to speak.

His vision was expansive, often stretching beyond the imaginable. He had a unique ability to think ahead of his time, and his ideas often opened new possibilities and perspectives for those around him. A cool-headed visionary, Shri B. N. Rathi inspired many by example rather than rhetoric.

Shri. Janampalli Vikramdev Rao

Chairman

Shri. Janampalli Vikramdev Rao is a chairman of the Company holds a MBBS Degree. He is a prominent business leader and philanthropist based in Hyderabad. He serves and holds key roles in several other organizations, including The Hyderabad Race Club and Hyderabad Golf Club.

He is also the President of Sivananda Rehabilitation Home, a leading NGO dedicated to the care and rehabilitation of individuals affected by leprosy and tuberculosis. With a legacy rooted in public service, Shri Vikramdev Rao combines corporate leadership with a deep commitment to social welfare.

Shri. Kamal Narayan Rathi

Managing Director

Shri. Kamal Narayan Rathi, Managing Director is a Commerce Graduate and in charge of overall operations of the Company. He has an experience of over 30 years in the Financial industry and over 15 years of experience in the IT field. With his experience and able guidance, we are sure to achieve much more than we have focused on.

Shri. Sandeep Rathi

Executive Director/CFO

Shri. Sandeep Rathi has been appointed as Executive Director of the company with effect from September 5, 2012. He has pursued Masters in Business Systems from Monash University, Australia. He oversees the Company’s Business operations & development. He has 15 years of experience in IT & ITES.
